CONDITIONS of SALES updated 1 NOVEMBRE 2011

For reservation request, an estimate will be communicated only via email. You must tell us the names and names of participants (name on the passport) and age. Some providers require a photocopy passport. 
 
The total price for either the file or per person will be shown either in the Australian dollar for a stay in Australia or New Zealand dollar for a stay in NEW ZEALAND but payment's will be done in Australian dollar exchange rate by the day.

Reservations can be made only after receiving an email confirmation and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total trip. Confirmation will be done as soon as possible. The final payment must be made within seven days confirming bookings - if the departure is more than 35 days before departure, a deposit of 30% representing the total amount of the trip should be paid and the balance due, 35 days before departure.
Otherwise, voyages-australie reserves the right to cancel reservations.

We accept payment by credit card (a form of card payment will be sent back to you and returned to us by fax or scan).
For all credit card payments, banks in Australia and New Zealand charge a 3% fee for Visa / Mastercard, or bank transfer. Bank charges will be borne by the customer. Bank details are: File AUSTRALIA Currency :Australian Dollars (AUD)


On request an invoice will be issued via email.

Cancellation :
In case of cancellation by the client, it will be effective upon receipt of a signed fax from him stating the cancellation of his trip. 
A cancellation fee will be charged. They are calculated from the date of cancellation (fax date sent) and trip departure date:
More than 45 days before departure: 250 AUD per person cost for AUSTRALIA records or 300 NZD per person cost for New Zealand records.
44 to 15 days before departure: 30% of the amount of travel expenses.
14 days to 7 days before departure: 60% of Costs amount of travel
6 days before departure - no show (no show) 100% charge of the amount of travel.
Some suppliers charge us fees in relation to other dates - they are listed on the site. Should be considered when calculating final.
Unused services are non refundable. In case of cancellation by the provider for climatic reasons and so on. if you're already there, you must request a letter confirming the cancellation. Without proof, we can not process your refund. Voyages-Australie cannot be held responsible for non-boarding of aircraft, lack of administrative documents such as visas, driver's license ...
A detailed itinerary (schedule, addresses of hotels, correspondents) is provided to participants prior to departure. Times shown by companies are not the responsibility of Voyages-Australie and can be changed by it. The vouchers will be sent to participants via email or for a last minute file, they will be collected from the hotel reception on arrival.
Participants must be in good standing with the administrative authorities of Australia or New Zealand.
Voyage-Australie cannnot be held responsible for non- presentation on arriving in Australia or New Zealand of necessary documents. 
As we know for today for a tourist travel (august 2009) :
For Australia, the French citizen must have a passport valid more than six months after the date of return and a visa. Other nationalities should contact the consulate.
For New Zealand, French nationals must hold a passport valid more than six months after the return date for stays less than 90 days. Other nationalities should contact the consulate.  
Stay for business, work, study please contact the consulate .It is important to note that no insurance type disease, assistance, repatriation, cancellation is not included in our prices, it is strongly recommended to subscribe one before you leave.
In case of complaint, it is mandatory to attach proof stamped and signed, which will be issued by the local provider - giving his name. Without that or those supporting the request can not be taken into account. We will not consider a claim or a claim more than 30 days after the date of the last delivered. In case of conflict, the court will have jurisdiction in SYDNEY Australia.
